Coach(es) : Jeff and Tom

Please confirm your attendance via email or on the Juniors Facebook page

Previous Session

We have experienced some bad weather recently and our priority has been the safety of our Juniors therefore we have had to cancel sessions

16th September 2017

Coach: Dan

Another well attended Session with 15 riders taking part , We covered a little bit of group riding and the main area focused on  Balance and Co-ordination utilising Slaloms varying in difficulty Everyone present tried all difficulties and feedback was given during the task to improve technique we had some success on what I thought would be far too tight with the group realising that speed (or lack of) would be the best way to transit this specific slalom so kudos for that …. It shows that the group are thinking whilst riding which is a positive note

Feedback is always welcomed and can be given verbally direct to the coach(es) or alternatively you can email the club milfordtritons@hotmail.co.uk Ref: Coaching Feedback ♆
