The club AGM and Presentation Evening will take place at 7.30 on Saturday 20th January 2017 at Pembrokeshire Yacht Club.
For the first time the Junior members and their parents have been invited and we hope that they take the opportunity to join us for the evening and see what the rest of the club get up to through the season and what some of the members have achieved.
The AGM will begin at 7.3opm prompt. All are welcome including parents of Junior members. Only signed in and paid up Senior Members may cast a vote. All current members do not need to re-join before 1st February.
The Presentations will begin immediately after the AGM when the Juniors will be presented with certificates for their relevant attainment level. This will be followed by the Senior presentations and round up of the year, able compered once again by Tom Arnold with the perpetual awards, recognition of achievements and some less conventional and no doubt comical offerings that will prepare!
It is a good opportunity to join us for a social, and if you are thinking of joining the club, it’s a good chance to have a chat with members and committee and find out what we are about.

PS: There is a facebook post for a rough head count so if you are coming please add your name so we can go ahead with a buffet – we don’t want to order too much or too little!
